We make all our deliveries via Australia Post, the Australian Government postal agency.
- We use Express Post for Australian deliveries, so that your delivery can be tracked and is reasonably secure.
- We ship international orders as instructed. We offer registered post and insurance options, but our customers are not obliged to use these services.

United States - new parcel restrictions
From 22nd November, the US Government will be imposing new security restrictions on parcels weighing more than 453 grams (16 ounces). Australia Post is imposing a new $AU9.00 surcharge on all US deliveries to cover the cost of implementing these new measures.
These measures may also delay your deliveries, so please be patient! If you are concerned that your order may be damaged or lost during a Border Protection check, please consider registering and insuring your parcel.
